Terms and Conditions of Use of 5hbt – Read Before You Bet

For the purposes of these Terms, the following terms have the meanings set out below:

• "Platform" — The website 5hbt.best and all its subdomains, interfaces, and associated services.
• "User" or "Player" — An individual aged 18 or over who has created an account on 5hbt and uses its services.
• "Account" — The user's individual account on the 5hbt platform, protected by personal, non-transferable access credentials.
• "Balance" — Amount available in BRL (R$) in the user's account for placing bets and playing games.
• "Bonus Balance" — Amount granted by 5hbt as a promotional credit, subject to rollover requirements and not eligible for direct withdrawal until all applicable conditions have been met.
• "Bet" — A selection made by the user on a sporting or entertainment event at odds set by 5hbt, debited from the account balance.
• "Rollover" — Minimum wagering requirement on bonus balance before it can be converted into withdrawable balance.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) — Identity verification process required under Brazilian regulations.

To register and use the services of 5hbt, the user must:

• Be at least 18 years of age as of the registration date;
• Be a resident of Brazil and hold a valid, active CPF;
• Not be enrolled in any sports betting self-exclusion program in Brazil;
• Not be an employee of 5hbt, its partners, or any game providers integrated into the platform;
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information on the registration form.

Registration is free and allows the creation of one account per CPF. Any attempt to create multiple accounts using the same CPF, or another person's CPF, will result in the immediate blocking of all accounts involved and the forfeiture of any bonus balances. 5hbt reserves the right to request supporting documents at any time to verify the user's identity.

The user is solely responsible for keeping their access credentials — login and password — secure, and for all activity carried out from their account on 5hbt. Sharing login credentials or transferring an account to a third party is strictly prohibited.

If unauthorized access is suspected, the user must immediately notify 5hbt support at suporte@5hbt.best or via live chat. 5hbt is not liable for losses resulting from the user's voluntary or negligent disclosure of their own credentials.

5hbt may request identity verification (KYC process) at any time, particularly before releasing withdrawals above certain regulatory thresholds. Accepted documents include: National ID (RG), Driver's License (CNH), Brazilian passport, and proof of address issued within the last 3 months.

The 5hbt only accepts deposits from bank accounts or payment methods linked to the account holder's CPF on the platform. Deposits made by third parties are not accepted.

The available deposit methods are:

• Pix — Instant credit, available 24/7 including weekends and national holidays;
• Boleto bancário — Cleared within up to 3 business days after payment;
• Credit and debit card — Visa and Mastercard, subject to issuer approval;
• PicPay and Mercado Pago — Credited within 30 minutes;
• TED bank transfer — Via Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, and other banks.

The minimum deposit is R$ 10.00. There is no maximum deposit amount, but transactions above certain thresholds may require additional KYC verification in accordance with anti-money laundering regulations (Law No. 9,613/1998). 5hbt does not charge fees on deposits.

Users may request a withdrawal of their available balance (excluding unconverted bonus balance) at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal: R$ 20,00;
• Withdrawals only to a bank account, Pix key, or card registered in the name of the account holder on 5hbt;
• Full KYC verification required for withdrawals above the regulatory thresholds set by SPA/MF;
• Processing time: up to 5 minutes via Pix (recommended method);
• TED withdrawals are processed within 1 business day.

The 5hbt does not charge fees on withdrawals. In cases of suspected fraud, money laundering, or violations of these Terms, 5hbt may temporarily suspend withdrawal processing while conducting an internal investigation, notifying the user by email.

The 5hbt offers pre-match and live Sports Betting across a wide range of sports, with highlights including football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, Sul-Americana, and international leagues), MMA/UFC, e-sports (CS2, League of Legends, Valorant), basketball (NBB), and volleyball.

By confirming a bet, the user agrees that:

• The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to the ticket, even if they change afterward;
• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled by the user, unless 5hbt makes a "cash out" feature available for that specific event;
• Bets on postponed events are held over to the new date; if the event does not take place within 72 hours, all bets are cancelled and the amount is returned to the user's balance;
• In the event of a technical error generating clearly incorrect odds (for example, odds of 100.00 on a highly probable outcome), 5hbt reserves the right to cancel the affected bets and refund the amount to the user's balance;
• The minimum bet per ticket is R$ 1.00; the maximum limit varies by market and is shown on the confirmation screen.

5hbt monitors suspicious betting patterns. Detection of result manipulation, bot usage, abusive arbitrage, or any exploitation of system vulnerabilities may result in cancellation of the bets involved and closure of the account.

Live casino games, slots, poker, and other entertainment products available on 5hbt are provided by certified suppliers — Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, NetEnt, and others — audited by independent bodies such as eCOGRA and BMM Testlabs.

The user acknowledges that:

• Casino games involve an element of chance and no strategy guarantees consistent profit;
• The RTP (Return to Player) for each slot or table game is available in the game information before the session begins;
• The outcome of each round in slots is determined by a certified, independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG);
• In the live casino, results are captured by automated OCR systems from real physical equipment, with no human interference in the outcomes;

The 5hbt may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, free bets, and other promotions. Each promotion has its own specific terms, which are displayed prior to acceptance. The general rules applicable to all bonuses are:

• Bonuses are credited as bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn directly;
• To convert bonus balance into withdrawable funds, the user must meet the rollover requirement stated in the promotion (example: a 30x rollover means wagering 30 times the bonus amount);
• Bonuses have an expiry date from the time they are granted — any expired bonus balance is automatically removed from the account;
• Each user is entitled to one welcome bonus only, linked to their CPF;
• 5hbt reserves the right to cancel bonuses granted on the basis of fraudulent information, multiple accounts, or promotional abuse;
• Bets placed at odds below 1.50 may not count toward rollover — the specific rules of each promotion define which markets are eligible.

The 5hbt has a genuine commitment to responsible gaming. We provide the following tools to all registered users:

• Deposit limit — Daily, weekly, and monthly, adjustable at any time in your account settings;
• Betting limit — Maximum amount wagerable per period;
• Cool-off period — Temporary account suspension for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days;
• Temporary self-exclusion — A 6-month to 5-year block, during which no new account can be created using the same CPF;
• Permanent self-exclusion — Permanent account closure, with no option to reopen.

The following are strictly prohibited on the platform 5hbt the following conduct:

• Creating multiple accounts using the same CPF or a third party's CPF;
• Use of bots, automated scripts, or any software that simulates human behavior in betting or gaming;
• Manipulation of sporting results or involvement in match-fixing schemes;
• Abusive arbitrage with the sole purpose of securing risk-free profit by exploiting odds inconsistencies;
• Money laundering or using the platform to move funds of illicit origin;
• Sharing, selling, or transferring an account to a third party;
• Use of a VPN or any technology to mask geographic location or identity;
• Any form of promotional fraud, including bonus abuse through multiple accounts or arrangements with third parties.

Any prohibited conduct will result in the immediate closure of the account, forfeiture of balances linked to irregular activity, and, where applicable, reporting to the relevant Brazilian authorities.

The user may request voluntary closure of their account at any time by contacting 5hbt. Before closure, all pending withdrawals will be processed and any available withdrawable balance will be returned to the user.

5hbt may close or suspend an account in the following situations:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match-fixing;
• Court or administrative order issued by a competent Brazilian authority;
• Request by the user for self-exclusion;
• Prolonged inactivity exceeding 12 months with no balance activity.

If an account is closed due to a Terms violation, any bonus balance will be forfeited. Real-money deposit balances not involved in irregular activity will be returned following investigation.

The 5hbt processes users' personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Law (LGPD – Law No. 13,709/2018). Data collected during registration and platform use is used to:

• Identity verification and fraud prevention;
• Processing of deposits, withdrawals, and bets;
• Operational and promotional communications (with consent);
• Compliance with legal and regulatory obligations;
• Ongoing improvement of platform services.

5hbt does not sell or share personal data with third parties for commercial purposes without the user's explicit consent. Users have the right to access, correct, port, and request deletion of their data at any time through the platform's support.

The 5hbt makes every reasonable effort to ensure the availability and proper functioning of the platform, but is not liable for:

• Service interruptions due to scheduled maintenance or third-party infrastructure failures;
• Losses resulting from the user's own betting decisions;
• Internet connection failures on the user's device;
• Unauthorized access to the user's account resulting from the user's own negligence in safeguarding their credentials;
• Changes to Brazilian laws or regulations that affect the availability of certain services.

If a confirmed technical error results in an incorrect credit or debit to a user's balance, 5hbt will apply the correction as soon as the error is identified and notify the affected user by email.

The 5hbt reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time, particularly in response to changes in Brazilian gambling legislation, SPA/MF directives, or operational requirements of the platform.

Material changes will be communicated to the user by email at least 15 days before taking effect, except where the urgency of the change (for example, an immediate court order) does not allow for such notice.

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any updated Terms will constitute automatic acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with the changes, you must close your account before the effective date.

These Terms and Conditions are governed exclusively by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, in particular:

• Law No. 14.790/2023 and the regulations of the Secretaria de Prêmios e Apostas (SPA/MF) on fixed-odds betting;
• General Data Protection Law (LGPD – Law No. 13,709/2018);
• Law No. 9,613/1998 (Anti-Money Laundering);
• Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/1990);
• Brazilian Internet Act (Law No. 12,965/2014).

Any dispute arising from the interpretation or application of these Terms shall be submitted to the court of the user's jurisdiction, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code, or, where applicable, to the competent administrative bodies of the Secretaria de Prêmios e Apostas.

These Terms were drafted in Brazilian Portuguese. In the event of translation into other languages, the Portuguese version prevails in case of any discrepancy.
